Warranty Coverage

Our company is committed to delivering high-quality products, and we proudly stand behind the craftsmanship of our leather refillable notebooks including the Market Notebook Leonard Notebook, Allison Slim Portfolio, Nelson Portfolio and Winston Tech Portfolio. We offer a 2-year warranty to the original purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty is non-transferable and requires proof of purchase from our company or an authorized retailer.

What Is Covered

• Defects in materials used to manufacture the notebook cover and binding.
• Workmanship issues that affect the functionality of the notebook.
• Mechanical failures, such as problems with the refill mechanism.

What Is Not Covered

• Normal wear and tear of the leather and notebook.
• Damage from misuse, abuse, or neglect.
• Damage from liquids, chemicals, sharp objects, or extreme temperatures.
• Alterations, modifications, or repairs not performed by authorized service personnel.
• Aesthetic changes that do not affect the product's functionality, such as natural aging of leather, scratches, and minor imperfections.
• Loss or theft of the notebook.

Warranty Service

If a material or workmanship defect arises during the warranty period, we will, at our discretion, repair the notebook without charge or replace it. Replacement parts or products may be new or refurbished and will be covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.

How to Obtain Service

• Follow the instructions provided by our team for sending your notebook to our service center. The customer is responsible for shipping costs to the service center.
