What Is Covered

• Defects in materials or workmanship under normal use for a period of 20 years from the date of purchase.

What Is Not Covered

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect.
• Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to scratches, scuffs, and fading.
• Damage caused by improper care or cleaning.
• Damage resulting from alterations or repairs not authorized by us.

Warranty Service

If a defect arises and a valid claim is received within the guarantee period, we will, at our discretion, either:

• Replace the portfolio with a new one of equal value.
