How do I return an order?Updated a year ago

For your return, please: 

• Put anything you don’t want in a mailer
• To start your online return or exchange please click here.
• Note your tracking number so you can check on the status of your return
• Stick the return label on the mailer
• Drop off the mailer at any USPS drop off location or schedule a pickup

* Please only send returns using our pre-paid return labels so that we can track your item. We cannot refund a lost return that was sent using a method other than our return labels.
