Warranty Coverage
Our company stands behind the quality and craftsmanship of our machined brass and titanium Nixon Bolt Action Pens. We offer a lifetime warranty to the original purchaser that covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty is non-transferable and proof of purchase from our company or an authorized retailer is required for warranty service.

- Mechanical problems not resulting from normal wear and tear

- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from misuse, abuse, or neglect
- Damage from using the pen for purposes other than writing
- Loss or theft

Warranty Service
Should your pen fail due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair it without charge, or replace it, at our discretion. Replacement parts or products may be new or refurbished and will be covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.
How to Obtain Service
To obtain warranty service, please follow these steps:
- Contact our Customer Service team via our website or email to initiate a warranty claim. Provide a detailed description of the issue and attach a copy of your purchase receipt.
- Upon receipt of your claim, our team will provide instructions on how to send your pen to our service center. Customers are responsible for shipping costs to the service center.
- After we receive and inspect the pen, we will carry out the necessary repair or replacement.
