If you purchased the $1.98 free returns for store credit + exchange protection at the original time of checkout, there is no cost to return the package. You will be able to submit a return for store credit or exchange and receive a pre-paid label through our returns center. If you did not purchase the $1.98 free return + exchange protection at the original time of checkout, there is no restocking fee and return shipping labels can be provided a discounted rate for anywhere in the US.

You have 21 days from the delivery date to get your return postmarked back to us. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used to make the purchase. Please note that all sale items are final sale. 

Above all else, we are committed to exceptional products that last. If your product fails to perform or is damaged due to a material or manufacturing error, we’ll replace it or work with you on another solution. All replacements are at the discretion of our team.
