What currency are your prices in?

All our prices displayed are in US dollars (USD).

Do you have a 'gift' option?

We do not offer a gift option yet.

What if I need to change my order?

Once an order is shipped, we are unable to make any changes. If your order has not shipped, please email us with your request using our contact form.

What if I need to cancel an order?

If your order hasn’t shipped, please contact Customer Care with the subject line 'Cancel Order.' Once our staff has canceled the order, you will receive a refund confirmation email shortly.

How can I edit my shipping address?

If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please contact Customer Care right away. We will work quickly with our carrier partners to change the destination of your order if the option is still available.

What’s the status of my order?

Once you’ve received your shipping confirmation email you can click on 'View Tracking' and see the status of your delivery. It may take 24 hours for tracking updates to appear. If you have any questions about the status of your order please reach out

What if something I ordered arrived damaged?

We're committed to delivering quality. Contact us right away with photos and we'll be quick to help fix or replace your item.

My package is lost!

If your package has been lost in transit, please reach out to Customer Care right away. After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

What does it mean if an item is on pre-order?

If an item is offered for pre-order it means that we have sold out and are in the middle of making more. We'll do our best to give you an accurate expected delivery date and keep you updated if it changes after you've pre-ordered.

What does Final Sale mean?

All items marked final sale have been reduced in price and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.

Can I return Final Sale items? What if it was a gift?

Sorry, price adjustments will not be done for items at a reduced price. We only offer sales for a limited time, so by buying early, you ensure that you get the product in the color and model you want.
